We met at Liberty Midtown Apartments on Thursday, the 15th of October at 7:00 PM. Residents and volunteers joined efforts to count, sort and organize numerous bags and boxes of donations. We sorted canned goods, pasta, dry milk, potatoes, sugar, cooking oil and much, much more. The items were checked, counted and boxed up to get ready for delivery to the food kitchen. There were a total of 693 items given during this drive, and were very welcomed. This food kitchen helps so many Utahans per day and we are very fortunate to help fill a portion of their shelves that week.
