Centennial Park Spring Service Clean-Up

On Saturday, May 16th, we gathered in the park's southwest parking lot and divided in to 4 teams. The groups were each able to fill large bags of trash after combing the field and fence lines of the ball field. About 45 minutes into our event, a pretty big storm rolled in but not before were able to finish our project and give out five gifts including gift cards to those who were in attendance. We feel that our efforts made such a big difference in that small area. We enjoyed the company of those who attended and really appreciated the extra hands.
